The WJ23 by Tough Duck is a quilted insulated, black mountaineering jacket. Made with a 100% 100% PrimaLoft® fleece shell that has a water repellent finish, this jacket also features a 4 oz. PrimaLoft insulated lining. Other features include an adjustable drawcord hem, zip through collar and unique quilt designed 2" horizontal channels. Pockets include: 2 lower zip, 1 upper, and 2 inside pockets as a media pocket also includes an earbud loop.
